Applying to be a partner

We are always eager to work with partners who share the same values and goals as the Consortium and want to help improve the lives of individuals across the West Midlands. Full details of all opportunities for sub-contracting will be published on this website (see Tendering Opportunities).

If you are interested in receiving information on any future opportunities as soon as they are published, please submit an application to join our pre-approved list of partners. Only pre-approved partners will be eligible to bid for any current and future opportunities to partner with The Three Counties Consortium.

Please note that ordinarily we expect all applicants to have entered and successfully passed the Educations and Skills Funding Agency’s Register of Training Organisation (RTO) process before we progress the application (and in apprenticeship provision, be registered on the ESFA’s Register of Approved Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP)). In addition, you must have a UKPRN number (http://www.ukrlp.co.uk/).

Please note that successfully becoming a partner does not guarantee you will be awarded a contract.
